The WAFFLE Extended Care Seat Cushion is recommended for patients at home or in a long term care setting. It is designed for individuals up to 300 pounds. All cushions may be used for comfort and treating and preventing pressure ulcers. Each cushion features a unique low profile design to provide safety and convenience for getting in and out of chairs, and the air venting holes allow heat and moisture to easily dissipate for a higher level of comfort. Most importantly, our seating cushions utilize the same static air technology of our top-selling mattress overlays to aid in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers up through Stage IV. All cushions are shipped inflated. An optional fluid resistant cover is also available.
